3. Estimated Delivery Times
We, etourshopping.lk do island-wide delivery. However, it is important to note that delivery times vary depending on various factors such as time of order, location of delivery, the prevailing situations of the country, and owing to factors beyond our control.
As per our estimations, delivery within Colombo 1-15 will be done on the same day. Further, please note that the delivery cut-off time will be 4.00 p.m, and the deliveries are not made on public holidays. Also, please note that these delivery times are estimates only. Still, we are taking every possible action to meet the estimated delivery times. Nevertheless, we are not liable for any of the delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
However, we should mention that we may not do deliveries for certain areas of the country. Still, you have nothing to worry about, because you will be notified about the same at the point of placing the order if the delivery option to your address is not available.
4. Confirming the Receipt of Delivery
As your product is delivered to you, you will have to provide your signature to confirm receipt. By chance, if your order is not delivered to you owing to a certain reason, it would be returned to our warehouse. In such instances, you can contact us to arrange redelivery. Still, it should be noted that you may be responsible for additional delivery charges on any redelivery.
