We consider the following reasons as valid to return a product.
- The delivered product is damaged or faulty (physically destroyed or broken/dead on arrival)
- The delivered product is inaccurate when compared with the appearance on the site, or the product seems to be missing certain parts.
- If you feel that the purchased product is no longer needed (you no longer have a need for the product / you changed your mind about the product / the size of a fashion product does not fit / you do not like the product after opening the box). 3. Return Conditions
If you are to return a product purchased through this platform, the following conditions should be met.
- The item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free of defects. Fashion items can be tried on to check if they fit, but they are still considered new. We have the right to return a product to you if it is returned to us in poor condition.
- Original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must all be included with the goods.
- The goods must be returned in their original manufacturer packing/box, and the packing should be undamaged. In fact, it must be returned in the same condition as it was received, complete with a return mailing label. However, make sure that you do not put any tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s packaging.
Please Note: To avoid any trouble or delay in the return procedure, please print and paste the return label on your return shipment. However, we have the right to return a product to you if it is returned to us in poor condition.
